Clean mountain air is excellent “cleaner” lungs which are exposed to numerous city’s harmful agents that each inhalation entering the child’s body.

Mountain Sun, combined with clean air is a proven “enhancer” appetite (children are “breaking” on the mountain), and the impact on strengthening the defense system of the child. Microorganisms – agents of infection (bacteria and viruses) are not fans of mountain sun and air, so it is much less than in the city. Of course, this does not apply to “smoky,” restaurants, hotel lobbies and nightclubs. Rarefied mountain air contains less oxygen and, after a certain time, increasing the number of red blood cells. Children with certain types of allergies (to dust mites, for example) before staying on the mountain.

Every day on the mountain is a great gain for the child. However, less than seven days of stay is not a real vacation (from a medical point of view). The ideal is to stay ten to fifteen days, as then can really improve blood count, and then other beneficial effects of winter come to the fore.
